Privacy Policy

This is a pre-release web privacy policy for HunterUp. Before publication, it should be aligned with the actual production data flows and the declarations submitted to Google Play and the App Store.

1. Information that may be collected

HunterUp may process email or authentication information, profile information entered by the user, in-app progression data, quest and workout records, device or app technical information, and sensor or health/activity data where the user has granted the required permissions.

2. Camera and movement verification

Camera features may be used to verify supported movements or provide form feedback. Camera access is enabled only with the user’s permission. Before release, the policy should clearly state whether images leave the device based on the actual production architecture.

3. How data may be used

Create accounts and enable sign-in
Store quest, level, reward and inventory progression
Operate dungeon, arena, clan and related game systems
Improve debugging, security and service performance
Provide features explicitly permitted by the user

4. Third-party services

The production version of HunterUp may use third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, App Check, notifications, crash reporting, payments or platform services. The final list of services used should be reflected in this policy before release.

5. Data retention and deletion

Data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security and meet legal obligations. To request account deletion, use the Delete Account page.
