1. Service
HunterUp is a fitness RPG app that combines real-life workouts with gamified quests, progression, rewards and social systems.
2. Health and safety
HunterUp does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Users should perform exercises within their own physical capacity, stop exercising if they experience pain or a health risk, and seek professional guidance when appropriate.
3. Account and user conduct
Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and their in-app conduct. Cheating, manipulation, abuse, harassment of other users or attempts to compromise the security of the service may result in restrictions.
4. Virtual items and payments
Coins, equipment, chests and similar virtual items have monetary value or transferability only where explicitly stated by the app and store rules. Purchases made with real money are subject to the payment and refund policies of the relevant platform store.
5. Intellectual property
The HunterUp name, original visual assets, software and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party brands and services belong to their respective owners.
6. Changes
Features, economy balance, events and terms may change as the app evolves. The last-updated date will be revised for material changes.
